We are super excited to officially introduce and launch our latest creation – The Mezze Box. The snack box of goodies is packed with some of The Lebanese Bakery and Kitchen signature treats and is perfect for picnics, gatherings and family dinners.
For bread lovers, you will find four pieces of our classic white pita bread along with two packs of our crunchy baked dipping breads – both za’atar and paprika and chili. The Mezze Box comes with two mini cheese & za’atar manakish and two mini meat fatayers, paired with four of our delicious dips – hummus, tzatziki, mohammara and smoky baba ganoush.
Vegan or gluten intolerant? Don’t worry! The Mezze Box comes with eight pieces of our golden brown falafel pieces as well as a side of cucumber pickles and 100ml of tahina sauce. Last but not least, something sweet to finish off the feast. A four piece portion of our Lebanese baklava.
The Mezze Box comes complete with four sets of cutlery and is perfect to carry around wherever your heart desires. Ideal for a family of four or, if you are really hungry, to share with a friend or lover.
The Mezze Box costs R495 (or R525 when ordering online) and is available for walk ins, call ins and online order and collections. Let’s get this party started. The Lebanese Bakery and Kitchen have introduced the catering side of the business and are busy creating a brand new menu of bite sized goodies for your event of function. With birthdays and end of year celebrations afoot, you can sit back and relax as we cater to you with some of your favorite goodies and a few new things too.
