The Lebanese Bakery and Kitchen, established in 2019, has one store in Claremont and one in Cape Town. Our menu of Middle Eastern flavours range from freshly baked pita bread made in our imported ovens from Lebanon to a wide range of preservative free, quality handmade mezze, dips and spreads.

When Khaled Met Clara

Khaled is the hummus that holds our beloved establishment together while chef Clara adds a heavy pinch of love to everything she makes. The menu is a combination of traditional recipes passed down from Khaled’s Egyptian heritage, blended with chef’s passion and knowledge of Middle Eastern food. From freshly baked breads and deli-lights to traditional döner kebabs, shawarma and falafel, our menu is an honest, comforting journey that starts from the heart and ends in your belly.
