Loyalty Card & Club Policy

    Membership

    • Customers can join the Loyalty Club by scanning the QR code and signing up for the newsletter.
    • Upon signup, customers receive a physical Loyalty Card to track purchases.
    • Membership is free and open to all customers.
    Earning Stamps

    • Stamps are earned for specific purchases as outlined on the Loyalty Card.
    • One stamp is awarded per qualifying purchase.
    • Stamps are only issued at the time of purchase and cannot be added retroactively, i.e. a later date.
    • No Card, No Stamp: Customers must present their Loyalty Card to receive stamps.
    Redeeming Rewards

    • A free item (as specified on the card) is awarded for every 10 stamps collected.
    • Free items must be redeemed by handing in the completed Loyalty Card.
    • Only one free item can be redeemed per completed card.
    • Redeemed cards will be marked and securely stored.
    • Not to be used in conjunction with other specials.

      1. Tuesday 2-for-1 Falafel sandwich special only allows for one stamp, not two.
      2. Cannot claim two sandwiches on Tuesdays when redeeming reward.
    Card Management

    • Lost or stolen cards can be replaced, but stamp balances may not be transferable between cards.
    • Customers are responsible for keeping their cards safe and secure.
    • Multiple cards cannot be combined to redeem rewards faster.
    • Stamps cannot be transferred between cards.
    Additional Benefits

    • Loyalty Club members receive exclusive online discounts and offers.
    • Members receive a 5% discount on their birthday for online shopping using the discount code received by email.
    • Birthday discounts and other promotions may have specific terms and conditions.
    Disputes and Issues

    • Any disputes or issues regarding the Loyalty Card or Loyalty Club will be handled by management.
    • Decisions made by management are final.
    • The Lebanese Bakery and Kitchen reserves the right to modify or terminate the programme at any time.
    Communication

    • Policy updates and changes will be communicated to members via email or in-store signage.
    • Customers are encouraged to provide feedback to improve the programme.
