New Special! Introducing Manakish Monday
It’s time to brighten up your Monday with a brand new special at Lebanese Bakery and Kitchen. Throughout September, we are introducing Manakish Monday, a weekly special for our sit down and takeaway patrons on two of our most popular manakish dishes.
If we had to talk about favorites, the Cheese & Za’atar Manakish wins hands down. In a way it represents the partnership between Chef Clara and Khaled – two completely different flavors and personalities from opposite sides of the world that once combined, make a powerful and taste sensation.
This combo is definitely for cheese lovers with three different cheeses on one half and a generous portion of delicious Za’atar on the other. The best way to eat Cheese & Za’atar Manakish is with your hands, folding one side over the other to eat like a pizza. It pairs very well with our garlicky Toumeya and even a dash our piquante Mohammara.

For meat lovers, we are offering our delicious Sfiha Manakish. One thing we really pride ourselves on is the quality of our ingredients which is why we use free range grass fed Angus beef for this yummy Lebanese delicacy.
Our Sfiha Manakish is topped with beef mince (halal), onion, tomato, spices and pomegranate molasses to give the meat an extra bit of sweetness. Try it a spoonful of smokey Baba Ganoush or some Mutabal to really elevate the flavour. For patrons who love a bit more of a chili bite, add a generous portion of Zhoug. We literally could eat it by the spoonful!
